This place has gone downhill fast

Several years ago I use to stay at this resort and always found the service freindly and the accomodations comfortable. I noticed some negative things the last couple of times that I had stayed. First of all, the front desk staff is quite rude. The refridgerator in my room did not work and I had other various complaints about the room (the room was filthy). Hard mattresses, inconsistent front desk

We were disappointed with this resort. When we booked the room, we were told we couldn't check in early (before 3pm) because the carpet had been cleaned. This was acceptable as we were not due in until after 9pm. When we arrived, the carpeting was still damp. The next morning it was still damp.
