Location is great, not the hotel

Liked the location, close to town and on the lake. The hotel is really rundown, with plain ciderblock rooms that haven't been re-decorated since 1969 (Really!). Crummy hotel, great location

Not more than a one star hotel but great location on the water. Rooms were spartan, bathrooms tiny with few amenities though nice towels. An Amazing Stay

I go to the Caravel every year for about 2 weeks and it is the most amazing hotel i have ever been to. Its rooms are beautiful, and they give you a wonderful view of the lake.
