Loved the Alamar!

What a delightful stay we recently had at the Alamar! We are beach people and have stayed all up and down the east coast. This hotel is just what the website says it is and definitely deserves its 3 stars. We called for a late check in and had no problems. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Close enough, but away from the bustle

For my first trip to Virginia Beach, I had no idea what to expect.
