No kids under age 12?

That is a ridiculous rule. It isn't like we are talking about a 5-star hotel since the Palmer House is basically a motel.

We will definitely go back - can't wait!
We stayed at the Palmer House Resort this the first week in May 2006. It was absolutely a wonderful experience. It is in a great location and the cleanest rooms and grounds you could ever expect for the price. Stayed in the smaller of the two suites available on the property (2 BR, 2 BA with kitchenette above the main office) over Labor Day weekend (Fri-Mon) for approx. $265/night.
