1.0: Terrible-gone way down hill

Tom is gone (big shame) pool and jacuzzi out of service the whole time we were there. Staff was terrible-yelling and screaming under our windows one day from 10 am - noon. They brought out a boom box and blasted ... Apalled, a user of Tripadvisor. Read full review on tripadvisor
