The cleanliness of the most expensive room - Cleopatra's Tower was heartbreaking. There were actually spider webs on the ceiling,blinking neon lights in the bathroom (malfunctioning), dirty shampagne tower with hair in it, the pool ... more on Yahoo! Travel

this place definately needs some upgrading- we had the plum room which we were partially disappointed with- there was no tile in the pool area- all concrete and ugly. This place definately does not have the enjoyable trivia games ... more on ZoomAndGo
