Camping has never been so bad!
Our famliy has been camping for years. This has to be the worst campground by far. Very rude customer service,staff lacked respect for guest. Nice but cramped
Pool was clean,as was the entire campground, and garbage was picked up regularly. However, sites are packed in very close together. Two tent sites here would make one tent site almost anywhere else. Directions
From NE Extension Pennsylvania Turnpike: Mahoning Valley Exit #74. Bear left and follow signs for 209S and Lehighton. Cross Lehigh River and bear right, follow 209S into Jim Thorpe. Turn left at the light at the foot of the long hill entering Jim Thorpe Jim Thorpe (Adventure Central). Up hill through town 2.2 miles to Jim Thorpe Camping Resort. From I-80 Area: South on Route 93 through Hazleton to 209N or South on Route 115 from Blakeslee area to 903S to 209N. Follow 209N into Jim Thorpe. Go straight through the light past Adventure Central and go up the hill through the town 2.2 miles to Jim Thorpe Camping Resort. From Route 309: Follow Route 209N, as above or Route 443 to Route 902.
