A shuttle bus was a courtesy to take us to the other side of the mountain for some family tubing in the snow. more on Yahoo! Travel

I had several problems with the hotel, my cell phone did not work due to the remote location, the selection of TV channels was limited to the main networks and a bunch of sports channels, the air conditioning was on and the room was cold even though the outside temperature was chilly. more on TravelPost.com
