It was peaceful and quiet, and had all we needed to put a meal together. more on TripAdvisor

After nearly an hour of driving around, we finally we found our room--a lovely (but older) very clean 2 bedroom unit all downstairs, with an upstairs loft that could sleep more people. more on TripAdvisor

I'd like to come back with Lake Lure as a destination when I wanted to get away from it all and a bit more on the up season. more on TripAdvisor
