We had a very smooth check-in, staff at front desk was nice and upgraded us to the Havana Tower with a fabulous ocean view (room there was pretty musty and dirty to our suprise). more on Travelocity.com

The Quarter at the Trop is fantastic. Great stores and restaurants. Highly recommend Cuba Libre restaurant.

Indoor pool in the South Tower was OK. A bit small, but served its purpose.
