Possibly the cheapest Casino room at South Lake
We stayed at the Horizon for three nights in January, 2008. We paid $46/night total through CheapTickets.com for a room with a king bed on the tenth floor with a nice view of the moutains including the Heavenly ski resort lifts. Directions
From Reno-Tahoe International Airport: Take Hwy. 395 South toward Carson City for 25 miles. Go through Carson City to Hwy. 50 West for 30 miles. Proceed up into the mountains to South Lake Tahoe. The hotel is located on the right side.
