If there had been snow (a risk you take with Christmas skiing) the mountain whuld have been great. The ski school, however, was a complete waste of money. 2.0: Big Sky? Big Disappointment

We just returned from a week at Big Sky, and we won't be returning anytime soon. Poorly run, from a customer service perspective. What would it cost Boyne to recruit employees who have a firm grasp of English? Many of the employees that interact with customers are foreign, especially from S.
