Our second time withing 6 weeks
I cannot add much to the previous review. This place is more like a motel on the bluff above the boat docks below. If you stay here, ask for a room in the 400 building as you have a panoramic view of the lake area. There is probably no better place to stay at these rates. Go to the Potted Steer a... This is a great getaway spot from the city. While it faces a busy highway, the back side buildings face a quiet branch of the lake. Just plain Terrible place
to be fair, the staff is very nice... the owner on the other hand .. welll .. not much to recommend ....to be kind.. this place pretends to be pet friendly.. in reality there are only 4 rooms in which pets are allowed..when they are gone that is" just too bad".. . just as well, as this place real...
