Sunterra Property
This is a very nice timeshare resort, but we went off season to save money. We had 4" of snow the first night and it got down to 10 deg F. Everything was cleared asap, but it was still cold and there was some ice. It was a considerable distance from town - you couldn't walk to any activities that were not on the grounds. Across the street was a small mini-mart and gas station. There is a constant offer to get free show tickets, but you would have to listen to a timeshare presentation.
