The towels were like sandpaper, there were visible stains on the sides of each mattress, the beds and pillows were horribly uncomfortable, they had left all of the old smoke alarms on the ceiling - so there were two non-working along with the newer version. not a good impression
We did not stay at the Cape Ann Marina but we did ask to see room because we were contemplating staying there. The narrow dirty hallway turned us off before we even went in the room. resort. Everything about it was a pleasure. The location was centrally located for all the attractions and towns we wanted to visit.
