We have tried the Sounding severalk times over the years. Unfortunately each time has beennless and less of a value.

The prices keep going up, but the property just keeps getting older and less attractive.

This property needs a complete overhaul. Stayed 10 years ago and it looks like it hasn't had a thing done since. The bathrooms need work to be passable even for the kids.
