Nice VIew of Nantucket Sound

We were at the Edgewater Beach the week of June 16th. We are owners and bought pre-counstruction. This was our first time actually staying. We arrived very early (around noon) and our room was ready. We were not expecting it so it was a nice surprise. We have a 2 brdrm ground floor unit. We were extremly please with the room. Extremely clean, beautiful decor very cape cod. Edgewater "resort"-A resounding Dump

Well where do I begin. I can't believe some of the reviews here. Well here goes. First the good. Excellent views of Nantucket sound, decent beach. just decent. Ok thats if for the good. The Place-In short, run down. It gets a resounding F. Some rooms have been redone. Redone poorly but redone. Forget the efficiency. Its essentially a hot plate that doesnt get hot.
