Of the many family-oriented motels lining this part of Nantucket Sound, these two neighbors are among the nicest, with fresh contemporary decor, two beach-view pools, and their own chunk of sand. more on Frommers

Strictly speaking, we prefer the whiter /softer sands and less seaweedy beaches of the north side /Cape Cod Bay, but there are not family-friendly larger scale motel choices right on the ocean such as this in that area, and there is certainly more choices in terms of things to do /restaurants /walkability, etc. on the south side. more on Yahoo!
