Overrated/Over priced

A beautiful location can%rsquot hide some basic problems with the Spruce Point Inn. My wife and I recently shared a 3-night minimum, a $600 plus/night (including %ldquohotel fees%rdquo) ocean-view efficiency cottage with our two adult children. We expected the Spruce Point Inn to be fashionable, elegant and sophisticated. It was neither. Our room was nice enough and comfortable although the advertised "Garden View" consisted of three dead trees and the backwall of another house. The room was missing a full length mirror.
