Great experience

I stayed here for three nights, and really enjoyed it, the perfect escape for me from a hectic job. Yes it was a month after they opened and there were a couple minor hiccups, but overall it was worth the money (I got a AAA rate through Starwood website of $219). This is a bit long but want to give you the kind of detail I would want in a review. Room: I arrived a couple hours earlier than check-in time of 4pm but they kindly found me a room, I overlooked the lagoon pool, a vacant lot and Hilton next door. The hotel is new and all suites so they are extremely clean and spacious. It has a full kitchen plus a washer/dryer, so you could dry your swimsuit before packing it in the suitcase to fly home. I believe all rooms have a balcony with chairs. There was a 32 inch TV in bedroom and 42 inch TV in the living room area with a Bose dvd/cd system. I brought some movies and it worked very well, I highly recommend that especially if you have kids. Turndown service with chocolates between 6pm-9pm and they give you the weather forecast on a little card. I think they change the bed linens daily which is very wasteful. The Good, the Bad and the Utterly Ridiculous

We just got back from a 7 night stay at this AMAZING resort. In sticking with my title; let me begin ... The GOOD - This whole resort is THE nicest place we've ever stayed at. It went above any expectations we may have had. The rooms were unbelievable. The service was excellent too. We got there about 3-4 hours before check-in and we given a room right off the bat with an amazing view. All the workers were just wonderful. A special mention to Crystal at the front desk and Kayon. ALWAYS smiling and personable. I'd also like to say that if you are unfamiliar with the area ... the concierge staff are more than willing to assist. Frank and Lee were so helpful and never made you feel rushed in any way. They offered many suggestions and printed out directions for everything. Pools were amazing as was the beach. Fabulous Visit

Firstly, let me tell you my husband is a hotel snob. He prefers only to stay at the Ritz Carlton, the Four Seasons, etc. I saw this new resort advertised online and did some research. I told my husband that I believed that this would meet his high standards, and he grudgingly agreed to try it. our visit was exceptional. A Taste of Luxury

We have booked a 2br/2bth room 'A taste of Luxury' package through the hotel website. And let me tell you, it was so worth it. The breakfast for 2 included in the package was exceptional. We had lobster omelets almost everyday. The breakfast was expensive and I'm so glad it was included in our package. The hotel condo was very new and beautiful.
