This hotel is dirty, loud and customer service is a joke to these people. It misrepresents itself on the internet as an upscale resort and charges accordingly. Great Location, Very Poor Service

The only think I really liked about this place is it's in a great location. Other than that, it was a horrible experience staying there for 4 nights over 4th of July weekend. The management are the rudest people I've ever encountered. They have no concern for their guests whatsoever.
