I have traveled to several destinations around the world and the US. But I have never seen such unprofessional, money-hungry, dishonorable business as when I stayed at Newport Beachside Resort. First off, they false advertise on the rooms when booking over the internet. The room in the advertisement is very bright, open and clean. NOT anywhere near the dingy accomodations we received.
