Ted and the family are paddling fast to keep up with the maintenance (and they're constantly updating the units) and the grounds are gorgeous. more on TripAdvisor

While not all the rooms face toward the ocean, it's simply a step out the door to see it, the sunset, the beach, etc. For the money, I was amazed at how well maintained the grounds were. more on Yahoo! Travel
