Hated This Hotel - Not Recommended

Louisa Says: November 14th, 2007 at 11:01 pm We stayed for a week early November. The valet service was very good. There was also a very nice woman who worked in the gift shop. The rest of our experience with this hotel was wretched. I had called the day before leaving to make sure there was wifi service and when we arrived there was none. I have a son in the military and it was crucial to have internet so I had to set it up on my cell phone and pay extra - All week I was told they had no idea when it would be back up and running. They did offer me the computers in the lobby at $5 for 30 minutes… I had to pay. From the moment we tried to check in (over the very loud singing in the bar that was open to the lobby) - and were told that we could not upgrade to ... dianecro, a user of Tripadvisor. Very nice place, though a bit pricey

A very nice place right on the beach in North Miami (our second time there). A little pricey, but plenty of things to do/enjoy right at the resort. The on-site restaurants are good and the amenities (pool, cabanas, poolside bar) are very nice. The two rooms we've seen are average ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com.
