The location is ok. The place needs MAJOR renovations to keep up with the other hotels in the area. Like... how about a pest control system!!! If you want an affordable place to stay in Key Biscayne, this is it. If you want a clean, updated within the last century hotel - you might want to consider spending a little more money to stay somewhere else. Clean, basic, affordable lodging on the beach
