Ok but not for us

I am not going to be too negative about our stay at Drop Anchor because the problem was not so much their fault but ours...We had just travelled from Treasure Island(brand new condo) and then Naples (fabulous luxury hotel) and we were tired, slightly dissappointed with Key Largo and Islamorada so booked the first room we could get with a kitchen ... Simple Perfection

I just returned from a 3 night stay in room 12 and it was absolutely wonderful. I'd like to start off by saying that the website pictures were a 100% accurate representation of both the room and the gorgeous grounds. The resort is older but the only parts of the room that showed the age were the bathroom and the kitchen cabinets but both were immaculately clean and functional. The bathroom just has a shower-with terriffic water pressure-no problem for us but may be an issue if you require a bathtub, perhaps if traveling with little ones.
