excellent beach hotel!

stayed for 4 nights - we had 3 rooms - all clean and functional. the hotel is well taken care of and the staff is friendly. sits directly on the beach, and all amenities are well thought out. Pretty good, but some smoking issues

Stayed at Casa Playa for a week. They insisted all rooms were nonsmoking when we made the reservation, but the room they gave us reaked badly of cigarette smoke. After much complaining we were given a different room. If the resort was full we probably would have been in trouble as their attitude ... readytogoagain, a user of Tripadvisor.
