Lago Mar-velous
I must first say I am not accustomed to staying at "resorts". I have never stayed at a Ritz or like properties, so if you are used to such places this review will not benefit you much. Having said this, Lago Mar was absolutely perfect. My family of four (two kids under 8) booked three days here after a family reunion cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale. It was the perfect ending to a cruise that was not as relaxing as planned. The outdoor areas of Lago Mar are tremendous, the meandering pool gives plenty of wall space for each unsure kid to stay close to "safety" and most others can touch (much of the pool is only 3'5" deep.
