Exceptional Service

Needs Improvement

Fantastic new hotel!

My husband & I recently stayed at the Sandpearl for our 10th Anniversary getaway. I was a bit nervous to book this property as it didn't even open until about ten days prior to our arrival! I am so happy that we did! The property is brand new and very luxurious. The staff was so courteous and helpful... they honestly bent over backwards for us no matter if it was at the front desk, in the restaurants, at the pool... everywhere! You can tell that they have been trained in customer service for sure! We booked a Gulf Front Jr. Suite and it was amazing! The views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sunsets were out of this world.
