Give it time...

The Hurricanes last year and year before dealt this place a huge blow. However, they are rebuilding-and I must say-this place is going to be awesome once completed. I had a 2nd floor ocean view room that was literally just re-done. Everything in the room was brand new-everything. The room was huge (efficiency) and was very nice.
