Horrible Experience
The AC didn't work well, but I didn't figure this out until after 7pm when the Front Desk CLOSES! The bathroom had very little light, it was like taking a shower in a cave. This Is a Resort?

Needs Improvement

I felt I paid a great deal for my room and the employees of the hotel did not treat me as they appreciated my business. They were rude and gave the hotel a bad image, regardless of it's location of being on the beach. FROM THE ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, ACCESS 528 EASTBOUND-THE BEELINE EXPRESSWAY. FOLLOW THE BEELINE TOWARDS THE BEACHES KEEPING TO THE RIGHT WHEN IT SPLITS. THE BEELINE WILL END, CURVING AND TURNING INTO A1A SOUTH. TURN LEFT AT THE FIRST TRAFFIC LIGHT, WHICH IS W. CENTRAL BLVD. FOLLOW W. CENTRAL THROUGH ONE TRAFFIC LIGHT UNTIL IT ENDS AT ROYAL MANSIONS RESORT.
