Luxury from a different era
We took advantage of an off-season bed and breakfast package. Our room had a King-size bed. Since we had requested this specifically there was an additional $10 charged. Historic Gem
This is a truly historic hotel, with all the charm and character that is implied. You truly get the feel of another era throughout the building and the grounds (though it has the modern necessities - business center, etc) . My room was big, with ceilings probably 12 ft high. THE WORST SPA RESORT I'VE EVER STAYED AT!! EVERYTHING IS BAD!
Bad customer service, bad room service! I found red worms in 2 of the towels in the bathroom! couldn't reach the air conditioning unit w/out climbing on a chair!
