Don't let the beauty of this resort mask the actual quality of your stay. 80% of the service staff ex: bartenders, waiters, ect were very unpleasant. more on TravelPost.com

I went to the Water's Edge on two separate occaisions. Both times I was given a room that wasn't clean. I said, "no problem" We'll grab a bite to eat ande come back. 2 1/2 hrs later... still a filthy room. Lack of proper staff ... more on Yahoo! Travel
