This same hotel was formerly the Ritz Carleton, Aspen. They recently had sold it to St Regis a few months before our stay there. Best customer service; low quality construction
We stayed at the St. Regis on June 29 07. It was packed with a group that takes over the hotel every other year. This made the service very slow in coming. Otherwise, the service was better than The Little Nell. There was an Italian concierge who worked in the evening who was the best ever. He deserves a prize!! We got married at The Little Nell on June 28 but went to the St Regis on the 29th. Checking in was hard because the room they had for us was too small and there was loud music coming from the ...
