Not at all what we expected

... The pictures on the website are incredibly misleading. Our room wasn't cleaned, dirty dishes were left in the sink, hair on the bathroom floor, wet towels on the chairs. Directions
From Reno Airport 38 miles Southwest. 1. From I-80, take the exit for Hwy 267 in Truckee towards North Shore Lake Tahoe. 2. Take Hwy 267 for 13 miles until it dead ends at a light. 3. Make a right on North Lake Blvd 28 and continue for about 2 miles. Our office is on the left, lakeside. Just look for the big wooden carved bears out front.
