1.0: A total lack of customer service, go to Pechanga instead!!

I had so many problems with my room. The thermostat didn't work and I froze all night long. There was no Ethernet cable (that they said they supply) for my laptop and by the time I found this out it was 11pm. We stayed in a small suite for three nights. The room was nice, the bathroom was huge (complete with a jacuzzi that was so big that it took almost 20 minutes to fill...and not because there was a lack of pressure either). The suites are at the end of the halls (it appears), so instead of the normal "one window at one end of the room" layout, it had an additional side window. We really enjoy the spa here so we decided to stay in a room for a night and include the spa. Sadly, the spa was the best part of our night.
