A total lack of customer service, go to Pechanga instead!!
I had so many problems with my room. The thermostat didn't work and I froze all night long. There was no Ethernet cable (that they said they supply) for my laptop and by the time I found this out it was 11pm. Loved it! Can't wait to go back!
My husband and I went here for our 25th anniversary. We booked the petite superior suite. It was very large and clean with a nice jacuzzi tub and large seperate shower.(the suite boasted a window from the jacuzzi tub which it had but it mostly overlooked the parking garage.) Always top notch
We have stayed at the hotel four times in the past year - once in small suite and the other stays in their standard rooms. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable. We stayed in a small suite for three nights. The room was nice, the bathroom was huge (complete with a jacuzzi that was so big that it took almost 20 minutes to fill...and not because there was a lack of pressure either). Spa is great - hotel needs work
We really enjoy the spa here so we decided to stay in a room for a night and include the spa. Sadly, the spa was the best part of our night.
