Wonderful Surprise
We had never been to Lake Arrowhead and saw the Arrowhead Resort and booked a room. We ended up staying 4 nights. Although the rooms aren't elegant, the people at the front desk, the bellhops, room service staff and houskeeping were more than accommodating in every way. The people were very fr... I have to admit that after reading some of the previous comments about uneven service and the remodel I was a little hesitant about my stay. I was completely wrong!
