The room was very large and comfortable. The location in Indian Wells was perfect, very close to excellent restaurants and shopping. The deluxe continental breakfast left something to be desired. Not the "Gem" they say it is

We arrived at night but couldn't find the place as they had taken the sign down. We were assured a non-smoking room which was a smoking room with the ash trays removed. Bang for the buck, but watch their accounting system

I stayed for 3 nights in May. The upside(s) 1. decent views out the back (towards the golf course). 2. pool area was nice, away from the street 3. Quality vs. price index is good. 4. Free Wi-fi 5. No Frills hotel

This hotel is cheap, but nothing special. There are many much nicer hotels nearby. The most inexpensive rooms are small and view the parking lot. They seem like remodeled motel rooms.
