Lovely stay - Nice property - But Please Update Technology Offerings

My partner and I recently stayed at Highlands Resorts during the “Lazy Bear” event in Guerneville. I stayed at the Highlands resort for 2 days - Wed through Fri - with my partner. It was the first time for us in Guerneville. The place is just fantastic. Don't stay here!

I stayed a night at this place. the bed was like a rock with a comforter on it and uneven where you pratically roll off the sides. I am 5 "5 and even my feet were sticking out from the bottom of the bed it was so short. Needless to say I did not get any sleep. I also had an emergency at home in w...
