This was the dirtiest place we have ever walked into..looks great from the outside..BUT the inside, the rooms are filthy..the management running the lodge were smoking pot in the rooms...and they made several errors in their favor with several people on c/c charges..we left and ... ahealingmoment, a user of Yahoo! Best place to stay in Clearlake!

Had to go to Clearlake without any foreknowledge of the place. The online reviews of many of the hotels in the area were, to put it mildly, scary. DIRECTION TO THE PROPERTY FROM NORTH - HIGHWAY 53 IN THE CITY OF CLEARLAKE TO OLYMPIC DRIVE. TURN WEST ONTO OLYMPIC DRIVE. AT THE END OF OLYMPIC, MAKE A RIGHT ONTO LAKESHORE DRIVE. AFTER ABOUT 0.25 MILE, LAKESHORE DRIVE TAKES A SHARP BEND TO THE LEFT. LOO
