Excellent experience!
We stayed at the pacific palms for 3 nights and found the place to be very clean and comfortable. Our room was made up perfectly each day. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Nice...But very far from L.A. and The BEACH!!
I booked this resort thinking it was "top notch"...well it is definately a place for business travelers....also they claimed there was fridge in the room...there is...but it is a wet bar...if you want a fridge it is 15 dollars more. Okay for the money.

The hotel was okay for the money. It needed small improvements, like the carpet in the rooms had stains (looked like wine) and the drains were very slow. The cleaning staff didn't clean the rooms until about 3 to 4 PM, and on one of our three days there, they did not replace all ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com. Read full review on Hotels.com
