We were guests of a time share owner, the accommedations were OK, we had the Studio part of the rooms..We never did find an adults only place to be in a pool or spa, there were kids all over the place, not a good place for just adults..the people were friendly, the complex was clean..not sure if ... Very nice accomodations

We recently stayed at this resort for a week and had a wonderful time. If you can get passed the high pressure sales pitch from the concierge's desk, you're home free to do what you want to do. This hotel is a time-share resort so it's well maintained. It was quiet and beautifully landscaped. Rooms were clean, but since it's a time-share, housekeeping did not clean our room over the weekend. They only clean midweek. Enjoyed our stay

Our stay at the Sunterra Summit was very pleasant. The resort is located in West Sedona away from the tourist section of the city but very convenient to a number of restaurants. The views were spectacular.
