Nice stay

We had an enjoyable stay in the Pinetop area, including our seven nights the PVC at the Roundhouse Resort. Like another reviewer mentioned, the PVC at the Roundhouse Resort is not he 'Roundhouse Resort'. The Roundhouse Resort is an older property of hotel type rooms. The PVC at the Roundhouse Resort is a timeshare type property with individual cabins. The 'cabins' are really manufactured homes with log siding. The cabins are very nice, large and clean. So-so experience

We just finished spending nearly a week at the Roundhouse Resort. We were assigned a two-bedroom log cabin that sleeps up to eight people. It had a fairly well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a small porch, and outdoor parking for two vehicles. A big negative for us was the overall sense that the management didn't trust their guests. Great!

We just came back from a week at PVC at Roundhouse Resorts and had a great time in a wonderful "cabin" (more of a house, actually). First, to clear up some confusion which I think may have affected at least one of the other posted reviews - "PVC at the Roundhouse" is a *completely* different facility from "The Roundhouse Resort". Both share an entrance driveway (but *not* a common check-in office), and people staying at PVC have guest privileges at the Roundhouse Resort's sports facility (pool, hot tub, racquetball courts, basketball, billiards, and ping-pong). "PVC" refers *specifically* to the log-sided cabins that you pass on the way into the Roundhouse Resort. Except for the contract that allows PVC guests to use Roundhouse's sports facility, there is no connection between the two organizations. It's unfortunate that PVC chose to include ...
