Worst Ever!!!

This hotel was terrible! Among other problems, owners arguing with each other at check in, we were secretly charged 100 for "smells" in the room that others had complained about before us. Budget traveler this is for you

I must say it was great for the price. Although we were on a street side room, it was clean. There was one staff member, a check-in person, who was not the nicest actually really rude but what is good customer service anymore? Found Cedars, not the "Resort"

I read reviews of the Cedars Resort and knew to have realistic expectations but was still quite disappointed with the accomodations. Reviewers who were lucky enough to be placed on the eastern end of the property raved about the beautiful balcony views and those who stayed on the western side war... Great for us!

I admit - I allowed my signiticant other to book the hotel and got a little nervous when I read the tripadvisor reviews.
