Try a different resort
My husband and I stayed at the resort over the weekend. They overcharge for everything, if you do not catch it, they will gladly take your money. We did catch it, they overpriced our dinner by $20.00, when we brought it to their attention they bargained with us saying to give them less, but still... A Yahoo! User, a user of Yahoo! Travel. Bring your own crib!
We have a 18 month old who will not sleep in a big bed, she needs a crib. We were going to bring our own porta-crib with us until not one but two different reservations staff at this resort assured me a crib would be waiting for us when we arrived. Big Disappointment
""Attended business conference, w/ wife and 2 kids. Room surprisingly small and noisy, with view only of service entrance. Courteous requests to move condescendingly declined, saying nothing else available, even though not true. Kids used pool once but so dirty/cloudy they would not go back.
