The 3rd Annual UCI Powwow was located in an open space so if you are thinking of attending next year (which I recommend), here are some outdoor powwow survival tips:-Bring your own lawn chairs-Bring plenty of water (you can dehydrate easily in the sun)-Bring an umbrella (not because of rain, but to shield from the sun)-Bring sun block-Bring hand-held fans-Bring your cooler packed full of ice. more on Epinions.com
