Could hear the resident next door, so soundproofing is a problem, but we encountered no excessive noise. more on TripAdvisor

For a place to sleep you can not argue with the price - $49.99 + Tax. It does need repairs. Bathrooms need repair. Front door molding on bottom was gone left about an inch gap. These are not hard item ... more on TripAdvisor
