I RESERVED 2 ROOMS FOR APRIL 29 & 30TH. MY FRIENDS ARRIVED EARLIER THEN WE DID. THEY WERE TREATED VERY POORLY BY THE WOMEN AT THE DESK. THEY WERE TOLD THEY COULD NOT GO INTO THE ROOMS UNTIL WE ARRIVED. THERE WERE NO "I"M SORRY" OR SMILES OFFERED. MY FRIENDS WHO ARE VERY GOOD ... A Yahoo! User, a user of Yahoo! Travel.
