1.0: Never stay here!! I'd rather sleep in my car!

First, we arrived and stood in line to check-in. No big deal. I go to check in (we had a reservation thru daysinn). Without explaining anything that was going on, the girl behind the desk puts me on the phone with her husband (the owner) who proceeds to tell me there is no room for us.
