Unfriendly and uncomfotable not what was represented online.

With this Fort Atkinson Hotel we were not in the least happy with our stay. We had booked a room with a pool and complimentary breakfast. This was not what we recieved. The staff was very unfriendly. I would not stay here again. The operators spoke broken English/ not sure of the comprehension of discussions. Showers went cold part way through as if they ran out of hot water. Will not recommend it
I guess I should have been warned when I called to inquire about the rooms and the person answering the phone spoke little English and could not understand that I wanted a reservation.
